Do you agree with the following quotation “love is the triumph of imagination over intelligence"?

Mencken¹ said that love was the triumph of imagination over intelligence.

        However, many people think differently, their opinions depend on their love affairs.

On the one hand, people think that love is absurd. Because they had been in love and their couples gave up them. Or they haven't ever been in love, and they prefer to think that love is an opportunity to be in love.

On the other hand, people think that being in love is wonderful. Because they fell in love and they haven't spent the thirty months that love lasts.

In conclusion, I think that love is necessary to live. Because living without love is impossible: people need to be in love in order to forget their jobs.
